-          Hakeem is an Arabic word doctor (English)
-          EHR : Service Quality, Patient State
-          Project is encouraged by the King of Jordanian

1. First Phase (2009-2011) -EMR in one public hospital in Amman
2. Second Phase
3. Third Phase -Deploy and connect the EHR in all Jordanian public hospitals and comprehensive health centers

Benefits:
-          Increased business efficiency
ICT in Procurement
-          Properly implement e-Procurement system links organization and their business processes with suppliers while managing all the interactions between them.

Barrier:
1. Technology
                -concerns about security
                - absence of a single e-Procurement solution
2. Process
                - unwillingness to reengineer processes

                - lack of procurement skilss
                - resistance of change
                - inappropriate organizational culture

                - using e-catalogue for purchasing books

-              Slow manual processes

-          PC’s for basic word processing

-          Long procedures and many administrative works
-          Period length of acquiring materials due to the routine’s works of check, verify and approval
-          Period length of acquiring quotation takes a lot of time

Conclusion
Proposed framework has given an idea on the improvement of the library procurement function by leveraging on the ICT to deliver a faster, cheaper, efficient and affective procurement process.
